Avoid
- "Labeling" what you say.
- There is no need to say "my
last paragraph", if it is your last paragraph, people will know
that when they look at your paper - Instead try using words and phrases
such as:
- my last thought, as a result
of these reasons, in conclusion, my final thought, in closing
- Using the same words or phrases
- "My first reason is, My
second reason is, My third reason is" - Instead use transition
words or phrases such as:
- another, for example, also, in
addition to, besides
